You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the day after you receive your order.

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

If you return your complete order, we will refund the full order amount, including the standard outbound shipping costs. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The direct cost of returning the products to us is your responsibility. For returns from the Netherlands, these costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. Please consult your chosen shipping carrier for the exact rate.

Condition of Returned Products

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the product or its packaging has been handled or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary for this assessment, we may deduct the resulting reduction in value from your refund.

Please handle the product carefully and ensure that it is securely packaged for its return journey.

Please include your order number or the return document generated through the returns portal inside the parcel. We recommend retaining your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Parcels sent without prior registration or to a different address may take longer to process.

Refunds

We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any additional fees for processing the refund.
