Shipping time: Delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
We ship worldwide, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Ilbays is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier services.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
