Return & Refund Policy

At Ilbays, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy to make the process smooth and simple.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging.
✅ The item is in the same condition as received (not damaged or altered).
✅ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
🚫 Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to improper handling.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact us at info@ilbays.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
3️⃣ Send the item(s) back using the provided return address.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process
💳 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
⚠ Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping costs.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers cover the return shipping fees.
🚀 Exchanges: If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, let us know, and we will send a new product free of charge.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company (it may take extra processing time).
3️⃣ If the issue persists, email us at info@ilbays.com, and we will assist you.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@ilbays.com with:

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund.
6. Klarna Refunds
If you paid with Klarna Pay Later, Klarna will adjust your payment schedule once the refund is processed. If you’ve already made payments, Klarna will issue a refund to your account.
7. Cancellations
🚫 Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has NOT been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after receiving your item.
